The entire attraction is on one level. It has a fully accessible WC that contains a changing area and an adult-sized bench. There is adequate space in this WC for a disabled adult and up to two carers.
The majority of exhibits can be enjoyed by all, although a few minor exhibits present some height issues.
There is one small section with ambient strobe lighting. If this is not for you, please speak to a team member at reception. We’ll get that turned off for you, at a flick of a switch … not a problem.

Most people spend between 1 to 2 hours here. We ask you to arrive for a dedicated entry time-slot. However, once you are in, we have great space, so feel free to explore at your own pace.
– Students (with valid NUS card)
– Seniors over the age of 60 (with proof of age)
– Someone working in the NHS and Emergency Services (with work ID being produced upon arrival)
Please note that concessionary rates can not be used in conjunction with special discounts or promotions.
Booking online guarantees entry. However, walk-ups are now more than welcome. We will get you in as quickly as we can, in a safely spaced manner. Please check our online booking page to confirm opening times.
